Most people have misconceptions when it comes to the type of muscle building food plan they should adhere to when building up their muscle.
Some are of the opinion that nutrients such as carbohydrate and fat should be skipped from their plan while they focus on only protein and other nutrients.
This is absolutely wrong.
When you reduce the level of fat intake in your food plan, it could lead to negative complications as your body organs will have to depend on fat free foods to do the necessary work that fatty nutrients does to the body.
This could lead to the decrease in your body's metabolism.
Instead of giving you that bulky look, it can drastically retard your growth level.
