Everyone canbe successful as a home based business entrepreneur yet... many people quit within 1 inch of success. If we haven't quite reached the 'level' we're striving for in our network marketing business, we may not allow ourselves to feel like a success.

We tell ourselves when I reach 1,000 customers, or $5,000 per month, or a particular level in the company then I will be successful. Just because you are earning $500 a month instead of $50,000 doesn't mean you're not a success. In order to earn $50,000, you must first earn $500! In order to reach 1,000 customers and/or associates you must first start with 1.

Network marketing business success takes consistency and persistency over time. We will always be striving to gain more customers, sign up more representatives, earn more money we should set goals along the way and reach them. Pushing ourselves to do more and be more is a good thing.

We are so much harder on ourselves than we are on anyone else. Dont allow yourself to be held back by the little things you arent perfect at. You may not be the most organized, the best with time management, details may frustrate you, perhaps you think youre not smart enough, or finances are a struggle. No one is perfect at everything, yet we all have things we are good at.

If you wish to be great at many things you must begin where you are and with what you are, eliminate limitations you have set in your mind and never stop learning along the way.

The beauty of a network marketing home based business is that the business model is based on a team of people helping people. You are in business for yourself but not by yourself. You can surround yourself with others that have strengths that you do not feel you possess. If you are shy - sign up someone that is outgoing, if you dont like sales sign up professional sales people, if you have limited time sign up people who are retired and on and on.

Your success in network marketing is not just based on you own efforts but the efforts of many (your team), so everyone benefits. Supporting each other is encouraged for all to reach mutual success.

An important side benefit of being a home based business entrepreneur is the training and personal growth you are exposed to. Through personal growth, you will learn the art of connecting better with others and things will began to shift for you. You will learn things like courage, inspiration, gratitude, & trust, making you better able to help others. You will not only see positive changes in your business but other areas of your life and your relationships as well.

You will learn to change your mindset when it comes to handling rejections. Remember it is not YOU being rejected; they are rejecting the idea, change, the product/service, or the chance to improve their life. If you dont ask then you are already rejected, the key is to ask and not be attached to the results.

When your home based business is not just something you do, but becomes a part of you from your heart you will become more connected with your vision and purpose with more ease.

Happiness is a very important key to success if you love what you are doing you will be successful.

With persistency and consistency you will succeed in your home based or network marketing business, trust yourself, trust the process and never give up.
