I was depressed about my penis size from the time I hit puberty until I was a fully grown man in my early 20s, and because of this I didn't have nearly the sexual "awakening" that other guys my age did.
I had a few sexual encounters here and there, but none were particularly satisfying -- especially for the female! What led me to take action and enlarge my penis started with disbelief and curiosity.
I saw all the commercials on late night television for the different penis enlargement pills and naturally, I was skeptical.
So I did some research and found that my skepticism was warranted -- those pills got horrible reviews.
But that led me to do more research and I discovered natural penis enlargement.
This was something that actually got great reviews from other men -- guys had actually seen results! So I found a proven program and stuck with it.
Before you take action with penis exercises, here are a couple of other important tips to keep in mind.
One, you always want to do penis exercises with a warmed up penis.
It should be the opposite of when you come out of a cold pool.
You want it hot, plump, pliable, with lots of blood flowing.
The way I achieve this is I wrap it in a hot, wet wash cloth for about five minutes, then I'm good to go.
The other thing to keep in mind is that you don't need or want to do penis exercises every day.
Three to four days per week is plenty, and personally I never went more than two days in a row without taking at least one day off.
Rest is just as important as the exercises themselves! Here are two basic exercises to get you started.
Windmill Pulls: This is a good beginner's lengthener.
I like it because it starts to coax out some of the length of your penis that is currently beneath your fat pat and therefore unusable.
It is also good because it stretches the tunica from all sides, all the way around the circumference of your penis.
The way you do them is once your penis is warmed up, start out slowly by making an "O" with your thumb and forefinger, and gripping your flaccid penis just beneath the head.
Pull it straight out in front of you slowly and gently until you feel a nice stretch.
Hold it there for a few seconds, then gently start to make small clockwise circles.
Once your penis feels nice and stretched on all sides, make those circles bigger and bigger until finally, you are making horizontal circles like a windmill.
Stretch it nice and good while you do so, but NOT to the point of it being painful.
Do this 60 seconds in each direction (clockwise and counter-clockwise).
Regular Jelqs: This is good for beginners to start to put on some girth.
Get about a 30-40% erection, lube up your penis (I prefer Vaseline), then make that same "O" shape with your fingers, but this time grip your penis at the base, then slowly slide up your shaft while applying soft pressure.
Once you get just below the head, grip the base using the same grip with your other hand as you let go with the first hand, then slide the second hand up the same way.
Then repeat the process over with the original hand.
Continue doing this for 2-3 minutes to start.
Once you master these two, you can move on to more advanced exercises.
My full routine consisted of 2-3 exercises for length and 2-3 for girth.
The whole thing still took under 20 minutes.
Once I got going with it, I started seeing size gains within two weeks and best of all, everything I gained was permanent!
