- 1). Prepare the quiche according to your recipe. Bake the quiche, then place it on a cooling rack and allow it to cool completely.
- 2). Wrap the quiche carefully in aluminum foil, sealing the foil tightly around it.
- 3). Position the wrapped quiche on a large sheet of freezer paper. Wrap the freezer paper around the quiche, as though you were wrapping a gift. Tape the freezer paper to seal it around the quiche. Freezer paper is specifically designed to protect foods in the freezer, so using it in conjunction with aluminum foil will protect the quiche in the freezer.
- 4). Label the quiche with the contents and the date, and place it in the freezer. Use the quiche within six months for best results.
