Build Muscle - Top Three Foods to Build Muscle Faster

If you're currently on the hunt to build muscle and transform your body, what you're eating is going to play a major role.
Do not make the mistake of underestimating how important the foods that you are putting in your body are as far as getting results are concerned.
If you had to place numbers on the workout/eating components of building muscle, it would be somewhere along the lines of about 20/80.
20% workout; 80% diet.
That's right.
The bodybuilding diet you use plays a HUGE role.
You can't gain weight without a proper diet - just try.
I dare you.
And if you currently aren't gaining the weight you'd like, I am willing to bet that for 90% of you, it's because you aren't eating right.
That said, some foods are good for building muscle, while others are not.
Recognizing the good versus bad foods is going to be one step you need to take to get ahead in this game.
Here are three incredibly good foods for packing on lean muscle mass when coupled with a sound bodybuilding workout program.
Raw Oats Do away with cooked oatmeal! Right now, you don't need it! Contemplate this for a moment if you will.
Oatmeal more than doubles in volume when you cook it.
You have a limited amount of space in that stomach of yours.
You also require so many calories in order to gain weight.
How are you going to fit as many calories as you can into that limited space? Sure not by eating high-volume cooked oatmeal.
Try it dry.
You might just find you like the taste of it.
If not, well, when you see the results it provides you in terms of your ability to gain muscle, I have a feeling you'll tolerate it anyway.
My favorite is slicing a banana on top, pouring on some milk, and then sprinkling on a small amount of chocolate protein powder for added flavor.
Nuts Go nuts for nuts! Okay, bad pun aside, nuts are one of the most terrific bodybuilding foods out there.
Not only is there over 800 calories per cup - PER CUP! - but, they are also a great source of healthy fat.
Add whatever variety you prefer to your diet today.
Miss out on this food and you are missing out on optimal results.
The only reason nuts should not be included in your muscle building diet is because you have a nut allergy.
Whole Eggs How many of you out there are eating egg whites? Raise your hands.
Okay, even if you don't raise your hand, you know who you are.
Throw out that egg yolk and not only are missing out on about 60 calories each, but you're also missing out on vital nutrients and a small amount of saturated fat.
Know what saturated fat does to your testosterone levels? Keeps it elevated.
Know what elevated testosterone levels do? Keeps muscle gains happening.
The logic is there so make sure you follow it.
Why would you throw away calories when your single aim right now is to get more calories? A couple eggs a day is not going to increase your cholesterol levels so high that you risk problems, unless of course you're already at risk for cardiovascular disease.
In a perfectly healthy person, you can definitely enjoy a few every morning or as a snack.
So, take a good look at your diet.
Are these foods there?
