Yoga - Body and Mind in Harmony

Trying to attract the best mate, many of us want to get the shape the stars of today proudly parade.
The best way to achieve that shape is through exercising.
And one of the forms of exercise that are gaining popularity today is the yoga.
Yoga itself has a number of forms.
One of which is the Ashtanga yoga.
But in my humble opinion, all those yoga forms are united by their goals.
Let's just say that most of them work to achieve total mind and body harmony, a thing that's almost impossible given the hassles that's present everyday.
The yoga that I know of is divided into three levels.
The first one will be the Beginner Level or the one that focuses on energizing the body and mind.
This level will involve a lot of stretching, balancing, and a lot more which will have to rely on the person's practice of proper breathing for proper execution.
The purpose of this is to detoxify thoughts, to direct focus, and to tap that energy that will be very useful in the next stage of the yoga.
After the beginner stage will be the Immediate Level which will involve toning not just of the muscles, but also of the practitioner's focus and attention.
Lunges designed to identify each individual's edge or limits will be emphasized in this level.
Flexibility and strength of the body and of the mind will also be focused in this.
Hence, attention and meditation-like focus is really required.
The last one is the Advanced Level which will really make the practitioners sweat and shed off all those fat.
The physical and mental strength developed in the previous stage will be put to the test.
How long can one endure the exercise and the focus-demanding routines? The routines of this level shall give the answer.
For me, this stage is the most useful for those who want to lose those extra pounds.
However, as you may have noticed in the trend, each level aims to develop the things required to properly execute the routines of the next.
Hence, it will not be possible for one to just jump into this stage.
The unprepared body and mind may not be able to handle the strains and tensions applied.
He/ she will have to undergo the first two.
