Women who know how to lead in relationships are able to get what they want from men because they are able to lead themselves.
They are in control of their own world without trying to control a man's world.
You must be a woman who has the ability to lead yourself.
Leadership is about having influence and possessing certain qualities that draw people in.
The problem with a lot of women is that they TRY to lead the relationship in the direction they WANT it to go, they don't try to lead themselves.
Women who are not leaders begin to pry for affirmation only after a very short while of knowing a man.
They want to know where things are going, where it's heading.
They NEED a man to call.
If he pulls back, they freak out.
If you are a leader, you know where things are heading because you are making decisions for YOURSELF and these decisions are taking you where you WANT to go.
You don't depend on a man to navigate what is right for you but you set the tone with your attitude about the things you are really wanting.
When you have more to bring to the table than what your ex did to you or your concern over how much you are gaining weight or the way your co-workers/boss treats you, you'll get a man's attention and keep it.
But if you aren't centered enough to be in control of your world, you will not have the ability to really turn a man on to you - WAY past the physical.
When a man is turned on past the physical, you'll turn him on to you for good.
