Mix together Italian seasoning, oregano, garlic and pepper and sprinkle across the fish. Thinly slice the onion and tomato and place the slices around the top of the fish. Grab the parsley and sprinkle it on top. The following step will be to mix the bread crumbs with vegetable oil and place it on top of the fish too. Bake it within the oven for about ten min or till the bread crumbs turn brown.
Easy Baked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
Salmon fillets (skin on one side) lb
Melted butter cup
Sliced butter 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 1
Mrs Dash four tsp
Directions
The oven needs to be pre-heated to 375 degrees. The glass baking dish must be lined with 2 layers of foil and use a coking spray on the foil. Place the salmon on the foil. The skin side must be on the lower side. Now pour the juice from 1 lemon and melted butter over the fish. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash on top of each fillet along with slices of butter. The foil should be folded loosely and there should be some space in between the fish and also the foil. The whole thing needs to be baked for 30 min or till the salmon flakes off easily.
Baked Salmon with Red Pepper and Cream Cheese
Ingredients
Salmon four pieces
Red pepper 1
Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 1/4th cup
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Directions for cooking
The red pepper should be cut into small pieces. Use a garlic press to grind the garlic. Now mix together parmesan cheese, garlic, red pepper, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Next you have to place the pieces of salmon on a baking sheet and cover it with sauce. The additional parmesan cheese may be sprinkled on the top. The dish needs to become baked in the oven at 375 degrees for a minimum of 15 min.
