Not having a body that you're comfortable with can be one of the biggest trials you'll experience in your life.
Most people don't want to do the work it takes for magazine cover body.
However, you can come pretty close if you follow the right steps.
I know because it wasn't that long ago when I was fat and out of shape.
Now I have a body that I love and it gets me a lot of attention.
Let me share a few tips with you.
The first tip is to make sure you're following some type of cardio routine.
If you're like me you absolutely hate running on a treadmill.
This is why I take a different approach when it comes to doing cardio.
I like to pick an outdoor activity that is both fun and challenging.
This way I can lose weight and have a good time while I am doing it.
Some good examples are skiing, swimming, basketball, cycling, and hiking.
Doing these sports you'll watch the weight slide off.
The next thing you need to do is make sure you have a proper diet in order.
It might be difficult to eat healthy all of the time but you need to make sure you do it 70% to 80% of the time if you want to see any good results.
You need to be eating five or six small, healthy meals each day.
These meals all need to include a food rich in protein.
Each of the meals needs to contain only 400 calories per meal.
