Using snail mail as an internet marketer may sound very odd, in fact it probably sounds completely against the grain of what your business is trying to achieve.
After all as an home based business at the cutting edge of technology why on earth would we want to return to the days of sending out flyers to promote an online business? I get asked this many times and the simple truth is, it works!!! When I first started in the business I was eager and wanted to make a quick impression, not only this of course I wanted to see some revenue coming in, I even asked myself "why am I putting leaflets through doors when I could be marketing myself and my products online"? I decided on printing out seven hundred leaflets and distributing to houses on an estate, this way they are close together and you get the job done much quicker.
The outcome was thirty hits to my website and two big ticket sales! Anyone who now partners with me are always recommended to do exactly the same, the name of the game is traffic to your website, pure and simple.
What I would recommend is, design the flyer yourself if you can, this cuts costs down, get your flyers professionally printed, you are after all promoting a new way of working with rich rewards, a white sheet of paper with black print, does not really give the impression of wealth but if you cannot afford to have them printed, do it.
If you are able bodied and fit and healthy, go and post the flyers out yourself, why pay someone when this will only take you a few hours, plus you know they have all been posted and not thrown in some rubbish can.
Finally use your imagination with your wording on the flyer, something along the lines of: WANT TO KNOW THE SECRET OF EARNING A SIX FIGURE INCOME WORKING FROM HOME? Something like that will grab the attention, true many will just get thrown away but I will guarantee you your website will generate traffic and possibly you will make some good money.
If you are just starting out or have been marketing for a while, this avenue is well worth exploring.
