Make money online! How many times have you seen those words, or any variation of them, and thought to yourself, "Must be another internet hoax!" Well, here's the truth.
It is a fact that you can make money online.
Thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands or even more, are doing so right now.
So what's the secret to making massive amounts of money online? How come so many have tried to start their own home based business only to fail? The reality is that many neglect to treat this endeavor as a real business.
That's their first, and likely their most fatal mistake.
And to be fair, in all likelihood, they have been deluded into believing they can just slap up a website, go to bed, and wake up to an overflowing PayPal account.

If you are looking to buy any sort of program that teaches you how to make money online, run from the ones that make any sort of ridiculous claims.
Do not waste your money.
What you need to do instead is enter into your money making venture with a clear idea of what you plan to do, how much money you can invest - if you can invest anything at all - and how many hours a week you plan to work.
That first part - the clear idea of what you are going to do - is often the most difficult challenge.
People end up trying several different money making businesses all at the same time instead of sticking to just one and focusing on that.

Say you were going to become a caterer.
Surely you would focus your attention there, instead of trying to become dance instructor at the same time.
Don't misunderstand me.
I'm not saying you can't have a several different income streams working for you at the same time.
Many do.
However, what you need to do is to focus on one until you have that working for you.
You may be able to leave it on autopilot, at least to some extent.
Once you've mastered the art of one type of business model, by all means, move onto another.
