How to Sync a Day-Timer With an iPhone

    Install Day-Timer App

    • 1). Navigate to the Day-Timer app home page.

    • 2). Select the Day-Timer app style you prefer ("Movers & Shakers" or "Pink Ribbon"). Click the "Download Now" button located at the top. This will launch iTunes so that you can purchase the program.

    • 3). Click "Get App."

    • 4). Click "Buy" to purchase the Day-Timer app and download it to iTunes.

    • 5). Connect the iPhone to your computer and sync it with iTunes to transfer the program to your iPhone.

    • 6). Disconnect the iPhone so you can complete configuration of the Day-Timer app.

    • 7). Tap the Day-Timer icon on your iPhone to launch the application.

    • 8). Enter the user name and password you wish to use with the application and then tap "OK."

    • 9). Connect the iPhone to your computer and sync it with iTunes to pass the configuration data back to your computer before proceeding to the next section. Day-Timer will automatically sync calendars that are configured with your iPhone, but you will need to install an Outlook plug-in to sync tasks.

    Install Outlook Plug-in

    • 1). Navigate to the Day-Timer app home page.

    • 2). Download and install the Outlook plug-in required for iPhone task sync by clicking the button labeled "Download Outlook Task Sync Plug-in" located at the bottom of the page.

    • 3). Launch Outlook once the plug-in is installed.

    • 4). Click the "Sync Tasks with Day-Timer" button in the Outlook toolbar and accept the license agreement.

    • 5). Enter your Day-Timer application user name and password and then click "Enter." Day-Timer will sync your tasks anytime Outlook or the Day-Timer iPhone app is launched. There is no need to connect the iPhone to your computer to sync your tasks.
