This will back up the registry and the system.

- 5). Click "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" on the left panel and click "SOFTWARE." Click "Microsoft" and click "Windows." Click "CurrentVersion" and click "policies." Click "Explorer" and click "Run." On the right panel, delete the value "@^DXDLG32."
- 6). Click "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" on the left panel and click "SOFTWARE." Click "Microsoft" and click "Windows." Click "CurrentVersion" and click "policies." Click "Explorer" and click "Run." On the right panel, delete "@^zscufrhl."
- 7). Click "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" on the left panel and click "SYSTEM." Click "CurrentControlSet" and click "Services." Right click "9B40C228" and click "Delete."
- 8). Click "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" on the left panel and click "SYSTEM." Click "CurrentControlSet" and click "Services." Right click "63344937" and click "Delete."
- 9). Click "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" on the left panel and click "SYSTEM." Click "CurrentControlSet" and click "Services." Right click "9B40C228" and click "Delete."
