Hey guys, The other day I was testing a method for lead generation that I found very effective and very duplicatable as well.
I've already shared it with some of my team members and they have found similar great results.
With this technique you can generate same day leads that call you! One of the best part is that you can target leads in your specific area.
The technique is to use Craigslist.
I do have a disclaimer though.
The leads you generate with craigslist may or may not be quality leads.
The people that I have brought to local meetings have ranged very widely in terms of quality.
One woman was an experienced sales person and another was a student in college studying biology.
But the bottom line is that this technique produces fast, often same day leads that call you! This said, you need to position yourself correctly when they call you.
Remember, you are interviewing them.
 If they ask "what's this all about, what company is this, blah blah blah, simply reply: [Insert Name] that is a good question but we're not up to that point yet, right now I'm seeing if you are qualified for my time.
We have a comprehensive presentation for those that are qualified but I want to see if you are who we are looking for right now.
What do you do for work right now? Then proceed to find out their why's.
If they don't seem driven enough, call them out on it and ask why that is the case.
If they don't give you a good answer just tell them they are not qualified and go on to the next one.
If they give you a good answer then set them up with a meeting with your upline or yourself.
The actual process of setting up a Craigslist ad is very simple.
Just go to craigslist.
org and find your area.
Create an account and then follow their process to post up an ad.
When you choose the category make sure it's somewhat relevant to your opportunity.
Sales, marketing, health, etc.
Bonus note: This is actually a viable place to sell your products depending on what it is.
But yea, post your ad like so: Ex.
HELP WANTED Help Wanted.
Promoters Needed.
Willing To Train.
[Insert your number or your Google Voice number if you don't want your actual number out there] There you have it.
Test different ads and see which ones are more effective (feel free to ask the caller which ad they called from).
Don't be too hypey otherwise nobody will call you.
Renew your ads every 3 days and completely rewrite each ad every week or so to keep the ads effective.
