Is It Candida Die-Off? - Listen to Your Body

A friend was asking me about candida die-off.
She has been taking natural antifungals (alternating/rotating every 5 days) for about 2 weeks now and she was wondering if it is possible to feel better for a few days and then get hammered with symptoms (like flair up symptoms) all of a sudden (with no change or additions to diet).
She felt like a "normal" person for a few days, and then she feels like someone ran over her yesterday with aches, tired, pale, and dark circles under the eyes.
If it is the candida die-off, she thinks she can deal with that because it means there is something working.
In a condition like this, I really feel you have to listen to your body and use your own discretion on some of these fine points.
Maybe some of us are cut out to be purists, but the rest of us realize that if we are not lenient in some areas and kind to ourselves (without going too over board), we may not succeed on this.
I have been on the program several times where I got sick a couple of times and had to take antibiotics which totally threw me off.
This time, it has been about 3 weeks and I am drinking diet soda for now.
You can do this without feeding the yeasts.
It just isn't the healthiest thing in the world (neither is red meat for that matter).
See Karen Tripp's site.
You just have to listen to your body.
See how it does for the following days and do what feels right for you.
