Panic Attack Symptoms You Have to Know

If you are worried that you might have been suffering from a panic attack, there are several symptoms you can use in a case of self-diagnosis.
If you think you have been having a panic attack, you should carefully consider consulting your doctor or another professional for advice.
Here are a few of symptoms of panic attacks.
* Means you should consult your doctor.
Sweating You can't stop sweating-why, you're not sure.
You remember feeling nervous about something.
But you're not sure what.
Shaking, shaking, shaking, shaking, shaking, shaking You can't stop shaking.
You're shaking on the inside, or you're shaking on the outside.
But you can't stop shaking.
Feeling like you're going to choke, or having a lump in your throat * You feel like you're going to choke.
Or you feel as though you have a lump in your throat.
Chest pain * You have constant chest pain and it hurts.
Consult a doctor-this is one of the symptoms of a heart attack.
Discomfort in your chest * This is very much the same as chest pain but to a lesser degree.
Consult a doctor if it continues.
Dizziness, nausea, bloating, indigestion, abdominal discomfort You can't stand because you're dizzy; you feel like you'll puke.
Your stomach is bloated; you have indigestion problems, or your stomach just plain feels weird.
And you're pretty sure it's not thanks to anything you ate.
Feeling in a dream-like state You feel constantly dreamy and you just want to...
daydream.
This can be an 'okay' thing as well - just be careful incase it comes to constant terror.
Having an "out-of-body" experience You know your body is right there-somewhere; after all, it's highly illogical that it's not.
So where IS your body, anyway? Having chills Your body feels cold.
Normally occurs after everyone tells you that your forehead feels warm.
Having hot flushes You have hot flashes.
You feel fine one second..
..
hot the next.
Or you're just hot for no reason.
Your skin looses color * You should possibly consult the doctor on this one.
Perhaps not right away, but if it continues...
You suddenly start blushing This is a normal result to almost anything that the body perceives as embarrassing.
Just roll with the punches.
Your skin blotches Red spots appear on your skin.
Drink some water and try and calm down.
You fear that you are going to loose control, and that you're going crazy You may see things that are not there (if this happens, seek help).
You may think you're going crazy and are losing control.
Sit down, or if that's not possible, take a quick breath and reason everything out.
You feel the sudden urge to go to the bathroom - now It may or may not be a true urge.
Simply find the nearest bathroom.
A constant raging heartbeat * If your heart keeps pounding and will not let up, you should consult your nearest doctor.
Having difficulty breathing; feeling like you can't get breathe * It is best to consult the doctor on this one - or get help from someone, fast.
This could also be a symptom of a heart attack and you do not want to risk that.
Nervously shaking It's normal when you're approached with a new and unusual situation.
Take a few deep breaths and press on.
Stress It occurs all the time so take a deep breath and relax.
A feeling of dread "What's going to happen now? This ___ is going to happen.
Oh, no!" Take a deep breath and rationally approach the situation.
Trembling Take a deep breath and remember that YOU are in control.
Paralyzing terror Again, take a deep breath and calm yourself down.
Feeling like you're about to die * You may wish to consult a doctor unless you can ensure the thoughts are not suicidal.
