How to Change the OS Language in Windows Vista

    • 1). Open the Windows Vista Control Panel. To do so, click "Start," then click "Control Panel."

    • 2). Click on the option labeled "Clock, Language, and Region."

    • 3). Click on the option labeled "Change display language" under the "Region and Language" section.

    • 4). Click the "Keyboard and Languages" at the top of the "Region and Language" dialog box.

    • 5). Select a language from the list under the "Display Language" section and click "OK."
