For instance if you are using Twitter to interact with these people make your microblogging interesting and informative.
A continual stream of self-publicizing links will have people unfollowing you instantly so take the time to craft a nice balance of information and advertising.
The most important aspect of all about providing good home business customer service is making it easy for your clients and customers to get in touch with you.
That does not mean you have to answer your phone 24 hours a day or sleep with one eye on your email inbox, just make sure you keep in touch and make yourself available in a timely, consistent and polite fashion.
