Music plays on a nightly basis, featuring lounge, blues and jazz acts. The main bar and dance floor are in the back, while a there is a lounge up front more suited for conversation and cocktails. The decor is reminiscent of a classic Vegas lounge, with tall cocktail tables, dimly lit, dark red interiors and a baby grand piano in the corner. Nuovo Centanni features a moderately-sized wine list as well as a selection of more than 25 cocktails. The venue generally draws an older crowd in their 30s and 40s.

This laid back music hall offers a full bar as well as seating and standing room for 300 persons; seats are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Doors open an hour before the show begins.
