How do I Remove Blueberry Stains From Fabric?

    • 1). Remove any residual blueberries from the fabric with paper towels and discard them.

    • 2). Run the fabric under cold running water to wash away as much of the blueberries as possible.

    • 3). Mix ½ tsp. bleach-free liquid laundry detergent with 1 tbsp. white vinegar.

    • 4). Pour the mixture onto the stain evenly so the entire blueberry stain is covered.

    • 5). Allow the stain to soak in the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes.

    • 6). Rinse the mixture away under cold running water.

    • 7). Treat any lingering stain with a clean white cloth dipped in isopropyl alcohol before rinsing again.

    • 8). Launder the fabric with laundry detergent and chlorine bleach per the manufacturers' instructions. If the fabric is not completely white, use a color-safe bleach.
