All right. We're going to go ahead and saute our shrimp. And we're just going to mark them on either side because we're going to be adding them to our white bean sauce and letting them go. All right. While we're waiting, we're going to chop our onions, our two peppers. I'm just going to cut this guy right in half and so the only cleaning we have to do is this little piece of rib meat. Cut, we'll miss all of these seeds and when they're gone, just cut them into strips. All right, we're going to come back to our vegetables, to our shrimp. You can see they're starting to turn a little bit pink and white and that's when you ought to flip them over. All right, we're going to give them about another thirty seconds. That should be time to finish our red pepper and our yellow pepper. Now our yellow pepper is a little bit bigger than our red, so we're going to cut those in half again. Okay? Our peppers are cut. Now we're going to take our shrimp, pick them out and add them to our beans.
