- 1). Click "Tools, Letters and Mailings," and "Mail Merge Wizard." Choose "Labels" under "Select Document Type." Click "Starting Document:" under Step 1 of 6. Use the default "Change document layout" under "Select starting document." Click "Label Options." Keep the default tray, paper feed and "Label products information" in the "Label Options" window that has a minimum height of 1.33 inches and a minimum width of 4 inches. Click "OK." (If a blank form opens, click "Table, Show Gridlines" on the standard toolbar.)
- 2). Keep the default "Use the current document" under "Select starting document." Under "Step 2 of 6 Select recipients," choose "Type a new list." Click "Create." In the "New Address List" window, click "Customize." Delete "Company Name, Address Line 2, Country, Home Phone, Work Phone, and E-mail address." Click "OK". Type "Mr." and "Mrs." in the "Title box" then use addresses you know to continue filling the boxes with the address information. Click "New Entry." Type "Ms." in the new "Title box" and use a PO Box as the address. Click "New Entry." Add another address. Leave the title blank. Click "Close." In the "Save Address List" window, type "Labels" after "File name" then "Save." Click "OK" in the "Mail Merge Recipients" window.
- 3). Follow "Step 3 of 6 Next arrange your labels." Choose the "Postal Bar Code" then "OK" in the "Insert Postal Bar Code" window. Click at the paragraph marker beneath the postal code, then select "Address Block." In the "Insert Address Block" window, choose "Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Randall." Uncheck "Insert Company Name." Check "Never include the country/region in the address. OK." Click "Update All Labels" under "Replicate Labels." Click "Next Preview Your Labels" in Step 4 of 6. Under Step 5 of 6, click "Complete the Merge." Under "Merge," click "Edit Individual Labels," click "OK." Print the labels and save the file. Save the original document for possible edits later.

Under "Product Number," choose an address label from the options list that has a minimum height of 1.33 inches and a minimum width of 4.0 inches shown under "Label Information." Click "OK."
- 2). Click "New Document." Click inside the first label. Choose "Insert" on the standard toolbar, then "Field, Barcode." Check "Barcode is a US ZIP Code," then type the full ZIP code from the first address on your list. Click "OK."
- 3). Press "Enter" after the barcode, then type the full address, including the ZIP code. Follow this procedure for each address.
