Your body is already dehydrated.
Water also helps cleanse impurities out of your body.
Adding zero calorie flavoring to your water will help trick your mind into thinking it's having something sinful when in actuality it's just water.
You need to have a good balance of proteins and carbohydrates in your daily diet.
Believe it or not you can also have a healthy balance of fatty foods and still lose the weight.
You don't have to spend hours on end at the gym with all those skinny fit people with the large muscles to lose weight.
If you learn to eat the right combination of foods to lose weight and go for a walk you can be one of those skinny fit people with lean muscles.
