- 1). Wrap small bundles of cookies in plastic wrap to keep them from drying out or crumbling.
- 2). Layer the bottom of a basket with soft material, like Easter basket grass or folded linens.
- 3). Tie a bow to the top of the basket's handle. If you like, you may even use the bow to attach a flower to the handle.
- 4). Place candy bars around the outside edge of the basket and stand them on their sides so they stick up like flowers.
- 5). Scatter smaller, bite-size candies on the bottom of the basket.
- 6). Place your bundled cookies throughout the middle of the basket, on top of the bite-size candies. Press them against the standing candy bars to prop up the candy bars.
