The New Galaxy S is the latest high specification handset from Samsung. This release underlines the Manufacturers intent to compete with the big names in the smartphone marketplace, and by the looks of this new model, the phone certainly boasts enough high end features to make it a serious competitor to the likes of the iPhone 4.
Internet facilities is almost a necessity on the modern handset, with most phone offering varying degrees of connectivity options. The Galaxy S certainly does not lack in this department, offering a wealth of options to ensure the user the user can always be sure of the best connection possible. These excellent figures are thanks to the impressive battery that comes supplied, which at 1500mAh is a slightly higher capacity than the majority available. Storage facilities are good thanks to a hefty 8GB or 16GB of internal memory. This is backed up by the very useful SD card slot which accepts cards up to 32GB, brilliant for users who want to store multiple media files. Local connectivity sees the phone sport both Bluetooth 2.1 and micro USB connection. The phone is capable of shooting High Definition video footage, which really does demonstrate the excellent quality of the Super AMOLED screen. This screen is 4" in size, perfect for viewing both video and web pages and displays a good quality 480 x 800 resolution.
Samsung should rightly feel very proud of this latest handset. An impressive range of features combine with a superb processor and the ever reliable Android OS and the result is a very impressive smartphone.
