The second thing you should consider is where you work.
If you work in a high rise, the chances are you have a lot of different options to help you move forward with exercise.

For instance, instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs.
As you progress with the stairs, start to go above the floor you work at then take an elevator down one floor.
If you work on the 4th floor, walk to floor #5 and then take an elevator down one.
