Men should not be overweight and flabby, they should be strong, staunch and tough.
Men are the keeper of the house and protect the family.
How will you protect your family if you are overweight, out of shape and are suddenly confronted by two masked men? I know that is a little drastic, but I feel that if I was confronted by an attacker, I would be better prepared than most to defend myself and stick his weapon where the sun don't shine! Being in good shape, keeping fit and not carrying around any extra weight has so many advantages.
Playing with your kids, keeping your lover entertained and turned on, living longer, being free from diseases, playing sports, and so many other qualities.
Don't be overweight, get in shape and be a hero to your family! Here are a few ways I love to keep in shape, keep my levels of testosterone pumping and all together feeling good:
- Eating wholesome, natural foods such as fruit, vegetables, lean meats, poultry
- Drinking at least 2 litres of water a day
- Lifting heavier weights than last time when I visit the gym a few times a week
- Running every morning for 30 minutes
- Doing martial arts/hitting the punch bags and sparring/light contact fighting with friends
- Body weight exercises
- Learning new workouts, fitness plans
- HIIT
