Breaking Out of a Mildly Depressed Middle Age Life

From A Fast Pace Adrenalized Adulthood To A Mildly Depressed Middle Age Life In this fast pace modern age we can have a life that avoids emotional contact with ourselves.
There are so many activities and stimulants to distract us, as well as the chaotic lives that many choose.
These lifestyle choices pump up our adrenal glands.
As a result of the excited lifestyle we feel a simulation of happiness.
We often misidentify the lack of boredom or a busy life as satisfying.
For many, once they become older and the fast pace lifestyle is no longer appealing.
They choose a slower life.
Consequentially their adrenals glands slow and the person finds that the negative emotional reactions of the past that were avoided begin to appear in their lives.
For many they find that a slight depression, lifelessness or a feeling that there must be more to life than this begins to appear in this slower time.
Somewhere is this period a person's inner conflicts of the past begin to surface in their everyday life through the creation of a slight depression.
Yet when this person looks back at their life they may see that there was not a traumatic childhood but only mishaps in their life.
It seemed like a fairly normal childhood.
A variety of reasons can be the source of this upset.
There might have been a dominating father, a parent who sometimes raged but always found a way to contain it, a mother who was frustrated (and suppressed the anger) for living a life as a housewife, a parent that was only partially available or an extreme experience at school .
They were smaller traumatic emotional conflicts that were mismanaged.
At the time the child experienced it and was the effect of it.
Unable to process the experiences they stored the emotions of the memory away in a secret hidden place inside them selves.
As the youngster becomes an adult these memories fade away into the excitement of adulthood only to return years later at middle age.
The adult can then choose a course on how to deal with this feeling of lifelessness or minor depression.
The first is to live with it.
To have a life that feels mysteriously less.
Medications.
We live in the world of anti-depressant drugs.
Unfortunately long-term use of over the counter drugs have their negative side effects that may be more detrimental to your physical and mental well being that the symptom you are treating.
Plus the source is never dealt with.
A spiritual path or religious discipline.
So many seek solace in god which is a great healing power.
However it may not directly confront the suppressed pains of the person's past.
Therapy has a lot of value in discovering the dynamics of what happened and can get to the root of issues on an intellectual level in most cases.
I like doing some kind of therapy and energetic body-work that releases the memory of these incidents.
In my experience the memories of our past are not only a cognitive memory but are recorded in our body as well.
These body memories are the source of our depression and other emotional disorders.
If we resolve the issues in therapy through time these body memories will resolve.
Doing energetic body work in conjunction with the analytical processing confronts the issues in a more holistic way.
The results are quicker and more profound.
The field of energetic psychology is a new yet an old field of study.
If we examine our tribal cultures and societies such as Tibet, we see the work of energetic healing through practices like shamanism have been used for centuries.
Energetic healing has reemerged in this day and age discovering revolutionary techniques and miraculous results that change people's lives.
There are the newer disciplines such as: Emotional Freedom Technique, Holographic Repatterning, Cranial-Sacrial Therapy, Body Talk and Access Energy Transformation.
My field of practice is Access Energy Transformation.
What I do is locate where the energetic memory of the suppressed memory exists while the client relates the experience.
Then with the Access tools I can remove the energetic memory of the limitation that is stored in the cells of the body.
For example if you have ever been angry and were not able to express or resolve the anger? People generally choose to 'suck it up' and live with it.
Literally that is what you did with the memory.
Sucked it into your stomach where it has remained.
Unfortunately this past anger is not dormant as it influences you to create a similar energy of it which might feel like another crises that is similar to the first incident of anger.
Or the memory eventually turns into a low grade depression or other psychological obstacle.
Confronting these memories from an energetic perspective clears the memory permanently.
Bart coaches his clients on how to use these techniques as well as clears the energetic memories.
If you have ever said, "I understand why I create the limitations that I do in my life but I seemed to continue to make the same mistakes again.
" Energetic body-work is the answer for you.
