My Logitech Bluetooth Mouse Won't Connect

    • 1). Replace the batteries in the Logitech Bluetooth mouse. If the batteries are dead the computer is unable to detect the Bluetooth signal. The mouse requires two AAA batteries.

    • 2). Power off the Logitech mouse, wait a few minutes, then power it back on. The device restart may result in the computer detecting the mouse once again.

    • 3). Restart the computer. Occasionally on booting up the computer the system is unable to detect all equipment, so restarting the Windows computer may result in the detection of the Bluetooth mouse.

    • 4). Resync the mouse with the computer. Click the "Start" button, followed by "Control Panel" and choose "Bluetooth." Power on the Bluetooth mouse (if it isn't already on), then indicate that you have the equipment ready for pairing. Type in the four-digit pair code (listed in the user manual), then click "OK" to pair the Logitech Bluetooth mouse back with the computer.
