- 1). Lay the fabric, right side down, on your work surface. Smooth out the fabric so that it is crease free.
- 2). Place the cork boar in the middle of the fabric. Cut out around the cork board, leaving a 5-inch hem.
- 3). Roll 2 inches of the fabric over onto itself, then fold the rest of the 3-inch hem over the back of the cork board. Secure the hem to the back with a staple gun or thumb tacks. The double hem will prevent tearing and fraying.
- 4). Repeat with the other hems until the whole board is covered. Fold the corners as you would when wrapping a gift.
- 5). Turn the cork board over. Screw the eye hooks in to the front of the board. Use rows or other patterns that suit the fabric. Screw as many hooks in as you have employees.
