How to Install Windows XP & Windows Server 2003

    • 1). Insert the Windows XP CD into the computer.

    • 2). Restart and press any key to boot from CD.

    • 3). Press "Enter" and "F8" to move to the Partition Manager.

    • 4). Highlight the existing partition(s) and press "D" to remove them.

    • 5). Press "C" and create a single partition using half of the listed available space. Press "C" again and create another partition using the other half of the drive.

    • 6). Highlight either partition and press "Enter." Select the "NTFS" file system to install Windows XP.

    • 7). Insert the Windows 2003 disk into the computer.

    • 8). Press "Enter" and "F8" to move to the Installation Screen.

    • 9). Highlight the other empty partition (created while installing XP) and press "Enter" to install Windows 2003 to that partition, completing your dual boot system.
