This is an extremely unhealthy, sugar laden drink and should be left on the shelf.
I want to know that what I'm putting into my body is what I think it is, and if that happens to be juice I want the real thing, pure fruit juice with nothing added.
I am rather partial to fizzy drinks as well though.

These drinks have a very high percentage of natural fruit juice, which we all know is healthy and very good for us.
The fizz comes from plain carbonated water, so we are having a healthy drink which tastes like soda.
