So you have broke up with the girlfriend you have been with for many months and are not sure what happened nor how to get her back. You believed all was going perfect and out of the blue she left you. Regrettably these things do happen and the reasons for it could be many. One problem that occasionally comes up is one half of a couple, maybe the guy, may push the relationship too hard attempting to get a commitment from their partner towards marriage. The girlfriend might be in love but not ready to tie the knot yet. Perhaps she is in school or has a career she is pursuing and is concentrating on that for now.

She also could just want to enjoy her life as a single person at this time. There could be plans to settle down when she reaches a certain age. These are difficult to over come, the best you can do is support her and stick with her. Back off from putting pressure on her or better yet let her lead the pace of your relationship.

Another issue might be you. Take a good look at how you were around your ex girlfriend to see if you may have chased her away by your actions. Did she try to tell you something about you that annoyed her? Many times little hints go out but we sometimes don't catch them, our partner gives up and leaves. The girlfriend can be just as much at fault for not sitting the boyfriend down and saying this is how it is, fix it or I have to go.
