I know how you feel because I have been there myself many times.
Then I discovered a simple to follow diet that not only worked, it allowed me to lose weight without going hungry.
No it does not involve eating expensive prepackaged meals, but rather normal everyday foods that you have in your house right now.
One secret to eating properly to maintain or to lose weight is to control blood sugar levels.
By controlling the blood sugar levels you are maintaining an active metabolism which means you continue to burn the calories essential to weight loss.
One way to control blood sugar levels is to eat often.
Yes that is correct, eat often.
People who eat the proper foods and eat often throughout the day are more likely to lose weight than those who eat two meals per day.
By eating infrequently you will cause the blood sugar levels to fluctuate greatly which will then affect your metabolic rate.
So what do you eat? You should eat three solid meals a day with healthy snacks in between.
Breakfast is essential to getting the metabolism process jump started.
By eating healthy fruits and vegetables in between meals you are curbing your appetite, maintaining the blood sugar level, and putting yourself in a position to eat less at the next meal.
Of course there are some rules to follow for what foods to eat and what to avoid but none of it is complicated.
