Generator Torque

• Both the generator's upper mounting and pivot bolt carry a torque of 30 ft-lb. The generator's engine mounting bolt has a torque of 18 ft-lb. The generator's ground terminal nut and wiring harness holddown have torques of 75 in-lb.

Electrical System Torque

• Within this truck's electrical system, the battery wire to the solenoid terminal stud has a torque of 120 in-lb. The start wire to the solenoid terminal stud carries a torqe of 55 in-lb. The bolts securing the starter motor to the bellhousing and engine have a torque of 50 ft-lb.
