The 1991 Dodge Stealth was a performance sport-car produced by Dodge that shared a similar chassis, body, and engine with its cousin, the Mitsubishi 3000GT. The base model Dodge Stealth came with many standard pieces of equipment to supplement its performance vehicle feel, though a customer had a wide selection of optional equipment --- from leather interiors to audio systems --- that could upgrade the vehicle. - The 1991 Dodge Stealth base model was offered with a four-speed automatic transmission as an available option. The four-speed automatic, like the five-speed transmission that was standard with the vehicle, came with an overdrive gear for controlling gas consumption.
- The Dodge Stealth featured anti-lock brakes as an option for 1991, despite the vehicle possessing a sport suspension and disc brakes on the front and rear. Anti-lock brakes were a factory assembled option.
- The 1991 Dodge Stealth featured two audio options for the vehicle interior. The first, a radio/cassette unit, played tapes and featured AM/FM radio. The second was a CD/radio unit that played compact disks.
- The Dodge Stealth did not feature several pieces of equipment that might be standard on contemporary vehicles. In 1991, air-conditioning, power windows, power locks, and cruise control were all options that must be requested from the dealership before the vehicle was shipped from the factory.
- Interiors in the Dodge Stealth came standard with cloth material covering the seats, with leather seating as an available option.
