There are far too many things that can go wrong with your mobile home, so we won't be able to cover all of them.
But lest concentrate on those that are most common.
Before you rush off and spend money on repair or new mobile phone try these steps.
You have nothing to lose.
First of all most of the errors and glitches can be solved simply by doing a power cycle - switching phone off and back on.
As your phone is running for days, weeks and even months without switching off it can be very hard for your phone to keep up.
Imagine if you would leave your laptop on for months, how slow would it get.
So by doing a power cycle we can usually cure many different problems like, loss of signal, faulty keys, faulty screen etc.
If Power cycle doesn't solve your problem, try resetting phone to factory default settings, this option is available on almost any mobile phone.
Please note that you will lose your fancy ringtone and wallpaper when doing factory reset.
Phone keeps switching off unexpectedly? In most cases that's battery's fault, but before you get yourself a new battery check your SIM card and battery connections as sometimes dusty or grime connection points can cause your phone to restart, clean SIM card and battery connections reinsert and try again, if problem still persists get a new battery.
Mobile phone water damage.
You will have to act very fast if water or any liquid gets inside your mobile phone, as you know water and electricity doesn't mix.
1.
Remove battery and SIM card 2.
Shake phone to remove as much water as you can, than take a soft cloth and dry every gap you can find.

Use Vacuum Hoover to dry the phone DONT USE HAIRDRYER as you want to get water out rather than push it in.
4.
When you have dried phone as much as you can, leave it in bowl of silica gel for 12-24 hours as it will get last drops of water out of your phone.
5.
If it's still moist vacuum your phone again and leave for another 12-24 hours to dry.
6.
Once your phone is dry, But SIM and battery back on if it doesn't switch on remove your battery and plug in your charger if the phone works - replace battery if it doesn't most likely there is a major problem with your phone- seek experts help.
If none of the solutions have solved your problem return your phone to the shop maybe you still have warranty and they can replace your phone.
