- 1). Download Windows Mobile Device Center. (See Resources.) Click "Download Now," and click "Run to automatically install the program on your computer.
- 2). Restart your computer after the installation is complete.
- 3). Connect your mobile device to your computer with its data cable. Wait for Windows Mobile Device Center to launch.
- 4). Click "Set up your device." Select the items to sync and click "Next."
- 5). Enter a device name and click "Set up." Wait several seconds for your phone to sync with Outlook.
- 1). Launch Sync Center. Click "Start," on your computer and select "All Programs," "Accessories" and "Sync Center."
- 2). Click "View sync conflicts" and select "Resolve."
- 3). Follow the on-screen prompt to solve your particular sync issue.
- 1). Purchase and install a new version of Microsoft Office. (See Resources.) Outlook is standard with the Microsoft Office productivity suite. Once you install Office, Outlook will automatically be installed on your computer.
- 2). Select whether to download Outlook or have a disc mailed to you. There is an option to do both. Select "Add to cart."
- 3). Select your delivery option and click "Checkout now."
- 4). Enter your name, address and payment information and click complete the checkout process.
- 5). Check your email for instructions from Microsoft. Follow the instructions to download and install the program. Restart your computer.
