I started out over 312 lbs in weight, this was before I set out to lose weight.
  The purpose of this article is to tell you about the many ways in which you can lose weight, because I know that you, like I used to, want your life back and are fed up with looking in the mirror and not seeing what you want to see - basically burning away fat is very simple, I am living proof.
  • Eat 'lean' food, this means stay away from foods with a high concentration of saturated fat, this is because the metabolism, the fat burning mechanism finds it difficult to cope with saturated fat.
  • Drink warm drinks, this is because they heat up the body, which aids in fat loss, because fat is removed in the form of sweat, this is best done with a morning coffee because the caffeine will also put the body on alert which burns fat.
  • Every now and then have a cold drink, (I know this contradicts the above, but the body uses calories, by heating up the cold liquid in your body up to body temperature), this will help you lose weight.
  • Sleep for as long as you can, this is because while you are asleep you are burning calories all the time because your body is in a catabolic state, therefore the body is panicking trying to find an energy source, which in the end turns out to be fat this equals, fat being burned away.
If you keep to this you should lose weight at a steady rate.
