We all want to lose weight, even the slimmest of us.
The difference may be in the amount of excess body weight we would like to take off.
And usually we have to go the same route: eat less, eat fewer meals and do exhausting aerobics.
Though I am exaggerating a bit, but on the whole it is the way it looks.
As far as the amount of food is concerned, it sounds right.
But few meals can't be the right decision just because it will lead to slowing down of metabolism.
The body will just begin to use the incoming supplies more effectively.
So it will be much better to eat less amounts of food but quite often.
Thus you won't feel hungry and won't overfill yourself with unnecessary calories.
And what about aerobics? Is it possible to make it less exhausting? Well, let us suggest you doing it the other way.
Today the axiom is that we start losing fat only after 30 minutes of aerobics.
That long it takes the body to open its stores of fat and to begin using it as the main power source.
But for how long will you be able to be active enough to lose fat after the previous 30 minutes? It seem quite natural that not for so long.
And it will be very difficult to continue doing it day after day, knowing that these 30 previous minutes are just the warm-up.
Let us try to do it the other way.
There are some recent researches which show, that people who do several sets of intensive aerobics combined with several rest breaks lose much more body fat than those who do ordinary aerobics.
It happens because the body begins to increase its metabolism level and begins to store more glycogen.
The body works intensively for a short period of time, so it needs glycogen - fast energy, - to do it.
It doesn't need fat, - slow energy.
The body starts to store more and more glycogen to be able to use it quickly and we help it doing a simple work just for 10 minutes: a minute of some intensive aerobics (choose your favorite), a minute of rest, and again a minute of aerobics.
Just imagine: 10 minutes a day - 5 sets of 1-minute aerobics and 5 rest breaks, - and your body will start losing its weight.
No more 30-45 minutes of exhausting running or biking.
And it is so easy to find willpower for 5 minutes of real work.
Probably, you don't have to believe these words.
Give yourself a chance and try doing this for at least some time.
You are sure to like the results.
The last thing here is this one: don't forget about eating less but do it more often.
