Use things like God, friends, or family to stay motivated, and if you ever feel like you're slipping go to them and ask for motivation and continue to push through the pain! Eat Right - Continue to eat right, and get rid of things like fast food, cake, cookies, and fatty foods in general.
Stick to a strict diet that will keep your calorie intake low.
Eating salads is a plus and will help you lose the fatty tissue cells that are surrounding you're stomach! Drink Right - No more room for things like soda, beer, or sugar loaded drinks.
Stick to things like water, water is simply the best thing for you and will help you the best to lose the fatty tissue cells located around your stomach! Eat 5 - 6 times per day, instead of 3.
Eat smaller portions though, this will make you're metabolism continuously work throughout the day helping you burn the most calories possible! Dedicate Yourself - When you started this adventure I'm sure you were very motivated and wanted success very bad! Well just like anything you have to continue to push yourself to be successful.
Remember that it's mandatory to stay dedicated and never skip a workout unless you're truly hurt.
