- 1). Pull the center radio bezel off the dash that surrounds the radio with your fingers. The bezel is secured with retaining clips so you will need to pull rather hard.
- 2). Remove the screws that hold the climate control module in place with a screwdriver.
- 3). Slide the climate control module/assembly forward.
- 4). Unplug the electrical connector from the back of the climate control module and remove the module.
- 5). Unscrew the retaining screws that hold the Sportage's radio into the dash using a screwdriver.
- 6). Pull the radio forward and unplug the electrical connectors from the back of the radio.
- 7). Plug the electrical connectors into the new radio and slide it, along with the climate control module, back into the dash and secure them with the factory mounting screws using a screwdriver.
- 8). Snap the trim bezel back over the dash to cover the radio and climate controls.
