So you're single now, but you aren't happy.
You can decide whether or not you should try to get your boyfriend back, or if you should move on with your life.
Maybe you're having a hard time trying to get over him.
Or maybe your ex boyfriend was the love of your life so you really would like to try again.
Whatever the reason, you can't make up your mind.
So you're stuck in limbo and neither option seems like the one you should choose.
Here are 2 things to think about if you don't know whether or not you should move on or try to get your boyfriend back.
1.
Was the relationship good for both of you? Is it worth saving? Let's face it, not all relationships are healthy.
If you feel like your relationship with your ex boyfriend was the best relationship you've ever had, are you being honest with yourself? If you want to get your boyfriend back, you need to think about all of the good things you loved about the relationship, but you also need to think about what you would change.
If you make a list, and your list of things you would change about the relationship outweighs what you loved about it, it is time to move on and get over him.
2.
Did the relationship end so badly that there's no hope of reconciliation? Really, there are no hopeless situations, it is just that some bad endings take more time to reverse than others.
If you aren't on speaking terms with your boyfriend, it will be harder to get him back than it would be if you ended things on good terms.
It is not impossible even if the relationship ended badly, it will just take more work on your part.
Plus he needs to be open to the possibility too.
Just be realistic about where you stand with your ex boyfriend right now.
Knowing for sure that you want him back will go a long way in the battle.
If you haven't decided for sure, then go back to number 1 and make your pros and cons list.
If the cons outweigh the pros, and you think it will take too long to get him back, then you have your answer and you should try to get over him.
