This is the hard part to find a program which actually will focus on you, instead of showing you a skinny girl's picture, who never had problem with too much weight anyway.

It doesn't matter if you lose a pound a day or if you lose a pound a week.
The most important thing is that you start to feel good about yourself.
You might have to change your lifestyle, especially your eating and exercise habits, but not dramatically.
Once you start to feel good about yourself, you will have more fun with your body.
You start to feel yourself younger more energetic.
You will be surrounded with people who will notice your change.
There you have the motivation.
Losing pounds will be an ongoing project for you, and you won't have to force yourself to do that.
