Does this sound like you? "I get acne around my forehead, chin and nose.
My nose is especially oily too.
I don't understand why this is.
I'm not a dirty person.
I wash my face everyday and even use a gentle scrubber to exfoliate my pores.
Sometimes my skin dries out when I use certain zit creams.
" That describes over 90% of acne sufferers in the world.
The other 10% suffer from back and scalp acne in addition to the face problems.
Before you can fight this terror of a disease, you should realize what some of the main causes of it are: 1.
Sugars - Sugars have been known to correlate highly with acne sufferers.
As a result, if you reduce your sugar intake, you will reduce your acne problems.
2.
Greasy Foods - Anything full of grease, such as your favorite fast food joints, are known to cause a great deal of stress on your body.
In turn, this causes pimples and breakouts to form.
Try to stay away from fast food joints and greasy foods if possible.
3.
Hair on the face - Sometimes hair can be a big cause of acne.
Hair traps a lot of oils and when it gets caught on your face, the result could be a pimple.
Try to keep yourself well groomed.
4.
Tap water - This may sound strange, but most tap waters contain chemicals that dries out your skin.
Although it's good to wash often, you may want to invest in a water filter.
