Michael Bay Provides an Update on "Transformers 3
Jan 29, 2010 - Whether we want it or not, Transformers 3 is edging closer and closer to the start of production. Director Michael Bay is being very close-mouthed about what's actually going to take place in the third film of the Transformers series, but he does occasionally post semi-juicy tidbits on his official site updating his Transformers audience on the status of the film.
On January 26th Bay wrote a short entry about current Transformers 3 happenings:
"Busy scouting - Chicago, Detroit, and Washington D.C. for Transformers last week. Things are going well. The script is feeling very different from the other two."
Very different? Does that mean less Megan Fox changing clothes for no apparent reason, alternately posing and running for her life, and otherwise taking time away from the real stars of the Transformers series - the Autobots and Decepticons? One can only hope...
Bay ended his short and snappy blog post by revealing he'd finished up his scouting mission by loading up his plane with a Florida medical team to help out in Haiti.
Transformers 3 (the working title) is aiming for a July 1, 2011 release.
