Honest Fat Loss 4 Idiots Review

This is my review of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan.
If you're not familiar with the plan, it involves something called calorie shifting.
The thought behind calorie shifting is that if you keep eating different types of foods/calories and vary the amount consumed you keep your metabolism "guessing" so that it keeps burning calories without slowing down.
Like you may be, I was still skeptical but I was really getting desperate trying to find a good diet program I could stick to.
I ended up giving it a try and I was immediately happy.
I was happy because of what I saw on their site and the help and support they provide.
I did NOT immediately shed pounds just by signing up, but just seeing all of the tools and information on their site gave me a little confidence boost that this may indeed finally be the program I could stick to.
One thing to point out, when I had started Fat Loss 4 Idiots I was not working out or anything, just doing the diet plan.
You'll see the website say "Lose 9lbs Every 11 Days".
I personally wasn't hitting that mark, but after the first 7 days of the program I had lost about 5lbs.
I know a portion of that was water weight but I didn't care because I had stuck with it for a week (more than I can say I've done with most other programs) and had some success.
The key thing to note here, I lost that weight just by eating differently! I think the biggest difference though after the first week was not the amount of weight I lost, but was how I felt.
I felt better about myself for sticking to the diet and my body felt better because I was eating healthier.
If you're worried about the types of foods you'll be eating I don't blame you, that was my main concern and the reason I had a hard time with other diets.
Don't worry though, you can eat a lot of the foods you already eat.
There is also a huge database that they update with different foods and their calories to help you build your menu.
My favorite tool they offer is this menu tool where you can pick the types of foods you want to eat each week and it will generate your menu for the week.
This was huge because I didn't want to walk around doing math all day trying to figure out calories in a meal, I just wanted to eat it! I should point out too that I have been called a picky eater, and I guess it is true as there is a huge list of foods that I have no desire to eat.
Not a problem with this diet though, I just excluded those and my menu was created with only the foods I like.
If you are worried about whether it will add any cost to your grocery bill, well I can only tell you that it didn't for me.
It may have actually saved me money but I'm not positive so I won't say for sure.
In the end, I have recommended this anyone who has asked how I lost weight (apparently it was more noticeable than I thought).
It was by far, the easiest and most rewarding diet plan I have ever tried.
It can help anyone who's trying to lose weight and also anyone who is trying to keep weight off.
