I know for me this was a major problem that usually threw me off my course.
But in today's world with the Internet and a ton of amazing recipes online ranging from vegetarian cookbooks to paleo diet food choices you can't go wrong.
A lot of foods actually act as the best fat burners you can possibly take.
I'm gong to list three meals that help you lose weight and get you on the fast track to losing those unwanted pounds.
Meal 1 Salads are always a great option for a meal choice.
They are high in fiber and vitamins and fewer calories than most other meals.
I always go with the dark leafy greens because they pack more punch when it comes to nutrition.
Load your salad up with raw vegetables.
Most raw vegetables are 30 calories or less.
You can use raw vegetables of all kinds.
I personally like cucumbers because they have a ton of energy boosting factors.
Next, you are going to need some healthy salad dressing.
Lemon and vinegar are great because they will increase the digestive process.
Add no more than1 tbsp of olive oil.
When olive oil is unheated it's a great fat to have in your diet.
Meal 2 Beans are another great option when putting your meal together.
Cholecystokinin is one of your best weight loss pals.
This digestive hormone is a natural appetite suppressant.
High fiber beans can lower your cholesterol.
Beans are a great protein source as well.
Get yourself some coconut oil.
This oil is the best for you when heated up.
Chop some fresh garlic.
Next throw in some chopped onion.
I like to use sweet onions.
Can't forget your fresh vegetables.
Slice some red and green peppers and throw it in the mix.
Add spices to your liking.
Meal 3 Scrambled egg whites with greens and vegetables.
This is a morning delight.
The egg whites pack a lot of protein, which is great for your muscles.
The greens and vegetables are full of nutrients.
Add your favorite greens.
I think spinach is the best choice for the omelet.
Heat the pan until the Pam starts to bubble, pour in the eggs, and fry until the eggs are nearly dry.
Then drop in your greens and vegetables.
Add spices to your liking.
Try to stay away from cheese if possible.
I cut out cheese from my diet and I lost weight drastically just from this one technique.
