Established in 1979 under the name Air Lanka, Sri Lankan Air is the national flag carrier of Sri Lanka with its base and hub both located at the Bandaranaike International Airport in the capital city of Colombo. It offers domestic and international flights to 69 destinations. Sri Lankan Air 226 operates flights from Dubai to Colombo on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. It leaves from Dubai at 10.45 pm and reaches Colombo at 4.55 am. Sri Lankan Air 532 operates flights on Wednesday and Saturday, which departs from Dubai at 11.45 pm and reaches Colombo at 5.30 am. The websites offer all details about the flights, the schedules, route map, seat availability, and so on. You can book or cancel tickets, check your PNR status and avail several offers and rewards. The payment is made through credit cards, which needs to be verified at the airport. In case the card holder is not traveling, the payment needs to be authenticated beforehand.

There are two classes of travel in the airline, which are the Business Class and the Economy Class. The seats are comfortable and adjustable, making you feel relaxed.
