    • 1). Open the hood and disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.

    • 2). Remove your dash panels in your vehicle to gain access to your head unit. Where these are, will depend on your vehicle.

    • 3). Remove your head unit, and locate the wiring harness in the back.

    • 4). Run wiring from the positive and negative outputs of your right front, left front, right rear, and left rear audio to your amplifier. You will need to solder these connections and cover them with electrical tape. Consult your head unit's manual to locate these outputs.

    • 5). Run a wire from your head unit's remote output to your amplifier.

    • 6). Connect the positive and negative (right front) that you ran in Step 4, to the violet wire with a yellow trace and the blue wire with no trace wires -- respectively, on your amplifier.

    • 7). Connect the positive and negative (left front) that you ran in Step 4, to the brown wire with a red trace and green wire with no trace wires -- respectively, on your amplifier.

    • 8). Connect the positive and negative (right rear) that you ran in Step 4, to the blue wire with white trace wires and the blue wire with orange trace wires -- respectively, on your amplifier.

    • 9). Connect the positive and negative (left rear) that you ran in Step 4, to the brown wire with a light blue trace and brown wire with yellow trace wires -- respectively, on your amplifier.

      Connect your remote output to the gray wire with orange trace wires on the amplifier.

      Connect the light blue wires to the positive and negative terminals of your right front speaker. Red trace goes to positive, black trace goes to negative.

      Connect the green wires to the positive and negative terminals of your left front speaker.

    • 13

      Connect the orange wires to the positive and negative terminals of your right rear speaker.

    • 14

      Connect the white wires to the positive and negative terminals of your left rear speaker.

      Connect the two black ground wires to any metal surface in your vehicle.

    • 16

      Connect the two violet wires to the positive terminal of your battery.

    • 17

      Reconnect the negative terminal of your battery and ensure that your amplifier is functioning correctly.
